Mark is proven leader in his industry. He has been included in the design team of large commercial projects including Beaumeade, University Center, Xerox Document University and Ida Lee Recreation Center, to name a few. Large residential projects include Ashburn Village, Main Street Village & Kingsbridge, Purcellville, Va., Battle Peak Farm & Stone Eden Farm, Hamilton, VA, and Greenway Estate & Battlefield Estates in Clarke County, Va.
Mr. Jeffries has served as Director of Engineering in the Leesburg office of a Virginia based consulting firm where he managed an engineering department arranged in four teams with a corresponding staff of twenty five, including seven licensed engineers. Mark spent five years as the General Manager of the Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority and was designated Project Civil Engineer on the Huntington Metro Station in Fairfax County, Va.
When he's not consulting on all types and sizes of engineering projects Mark spends time on the local rivers and streams. An avid paddler and fisherman Mark enjoys canoeing and fishing for smallmouth bass. While he's on the water he takes the time to nurture his hobby of wildlife and scenic photography.
Sports are another side of Mark. As a graduate of Virginia Tech he is obviously a Hokie fan. But he also can be found in the stands at the games of the Capitals, Wizards, Redskins, Nationals, and Baltimore Orioles.
